These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nuatar platform, including all gaming products, payment services, promotional offers, and account features available at nuatar.org. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
Only players aged 21 and above who are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful may register and use nuatar. One account per person, strictly enforced.
All transactions at nuatar are processed in Philippine Peso. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are handled within 15 minutes under standard conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification.

nuatar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Access to and use of the nuatar platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active nuatar account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nuatar reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and confiscate bonus balances accumulated across those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during nuatar account registration. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change. nuatar may require documentary verification of any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nuatar login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify nuatar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. nuatar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Note: nuatar staff will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any communication requesting your nuatar login password should be reported to support immediately as a potential phishing attempt.
nuatar may require Players to complete identity verification procedures at any point in the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals, as a condition of continued access to the Services, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and documentation of payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by nuatar may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
All nuatar deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. nuatar does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which nuatar accepts no responsibility.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. nuatar does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party source is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
GCash Deposits: GCash deposits are credited to your nuatar account immediately upon successful confirmation in the GCash application. If a deposit is not reflected within five minutes, contact nuatar support with your GCash transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests from nuatar accounts are processed subject to the following conditions:
nuatar reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where nuatar has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Balance credits cannot be directly withdrawn. They must first satisfy all applicable wagering requirements to convert to Real Money Balance, which is then eligible for withdrawal subject to the conditions above.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits made available through nuatar are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be bet before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games excluded from the promotion do not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
nuatar operates systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering low-risk combinations specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated exploitation of promotions across accounts, and pattern-betting designed to reduce variance while satisfying wagering thresholds. Where bonus abuse is identified, nuatar reserves the right to void bonus credits, remove associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.
Promotional Eligibility: nuatar may restrict certain promotions to new players only, to players from specific regions, or to players who have not previously claimed an identical offer. Eligibility conditions are specified in individual promotion terms. nuatar's determination regarding promotion eligibility is final.
All games available through nuatar operate according to published rules specific to each game type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and, where applicable, on the relevant game provider's documentation.
All nuatar slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports outcomes are generated by independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is independent of all previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party. nuatar publishes theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all RNG games.
Live casino games at nuatar are facilitated by professional third-party studio operators under their own operational licenses. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are not controlled by nuatar. nuatar is not responsible for technical interruptions to live game streams caused by factors outside its control; in such cases, bets already placed and confirmed will be settled according to the available game result.
Sports betting markets at nuatar are governed by separate Sports Betting Rules available within the sportsbook section. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. nuatar reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where pricing errors are demonstrably present.
In the event of a malfunction or technical error in any game, nuatar reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the original stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated from a demonstrable technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. Malfunction voids pay.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nuatar platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:
All content on the nuatar platform — including but not limited to the nuatar brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of nuatar or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nuatar platform strictly for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any nuatar content without prior written authorization.
Any unauthorized use of nuatar intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nuatar shall not be liable for:
nuatar's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that player to nuatar in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in this Section limits nuatar's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
nuatar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where nuatar has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity; (c) account security has been compromised; or (d) regulatory requirements necessitate account action.
You may request closure of your nuatar account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the payment method of record, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus Balances that have not completed wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your nuatar account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15 — will continue to apply after account closure.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the nuatar platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and request account closure per Section 12.2 above.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. nuatar operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, that cannot be resolved through nuatar's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the nuatar platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. nuatar makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
